What You’ll Do:

The Marketing and Branding Manager will be heavily involved and/or directly responsible for organizing, developing, and executing on a tactical plan within a marketing vision In a fast-paced start-up environment. You will utilize marketing skills and specialized techniques in social media, web analytics, email and physical campaign marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), design, blog/WordPress, press-release and copywriting, content generation, public relations, online promotions.

Specific Initiatives May Include:

• Collaborate with CEO, Chief Growth Officer and VP of Business Development on market research, including competitor analysis.
• Develop messaging for marketing campaigns, highlighting the market differentiators of MediTelecare. Ensure company mission, brand, and messaging are cohesive, consistent, and well-represented both internally and externally.
• Oversee digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, marketing automation, social media content creation and publishing, web presence, website, and app stores).
• Create event plans, establish deliverables and manage the budget for global tradeshows and local/regional events. Travel to events may be required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (biz dev, recruiting, process improvement, clinical, IT, etc.) to develop necessary strategies, messaging, tools, and communications for each department.
• Support internal communications efforts including creation/distribution of a monthly newsletter, graphic design support for presentations, and strategic messaging.
• Work with Business Development Team on strategy, tactics and assets targeting potential partner companies and organizations.
• Manage external vendors, including graphic design/print services, public relations, and digital tools.
• Monitor and respond to comments and reviews on social media, web channels, and app stores, manage online community engagement.
• Create quarterly/monthly/yearly social media strategy. Deliver monthly reporting to CEO and VP of Business Development.
• Work with external PR agency to increase brand awareness and promote the company and its leadership. Respond promptly to media requests and other inquiries while adhering to company & patient privacy protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in marketing/advertising/graphic design environment, including at least 2 years with management responsibilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. Possess a high level of creativity, imagination and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering campaigns and branding, from concept through execution.
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media and digital channel required.
  • Strong results-oriented behavior and experience in providing effective solutions.
  • Strong business computer skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus.
