MediTelecare™, is seeking a talented Behavioral Health Clinician Recruiter to join our growing team!  We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who can identify and recruit top talent for the company.   The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with Behavioral Health Clinicians.  You will partner with hiring executives to create a recruitment plan based on an understanding of our organizational culture and current business strategy. Responsibilities include full cycle recruiting; screening of candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers and negotiating the offer.

Clinical Recruiter Responsibilities

Manage clinician candidates throughout the entire hiring process

Develop networks of people to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Recruit Behavioral Health clinicians as needed for company growth.
  • Working with senior management to develop and correspond to prospective clinicians’ compensation guidelines/parameters.
  • Manage and conduct the sourcing of clinicians through the company provided data resources and ATS.
  • Conduct detailed phone screens and/or video conferencing calls, set expectations about the role and process, and effectively position MediTelecare to the candidate.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and function as a partner and advocate throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule all interviews for candidates with hiring manager and senior leadership.
  • Contact references, present offer, and follow through the entire process to start date.
Manage and partner with Hiring Managers

Work with hiring managers to partner on talent search - obtain all information needed to execute requisition, provide timely updates, and advice on needs to close candidates
  • Actively iterate with internal stakeholders to continually improve recruitment and hiring processes
  • Be an advocate for candidates/stakeholders and give feedback when needed
  • Display a proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable
  • Ensure necessary paperwork is complete to manage full cycle recruiting and handed off to Human Resources.

Clinical Recruiter Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full cycle clinician recruiting, preferably in behavioral health
  • VACCINATION is required
  • Solid experience in sourcing, interviewing, and the hiring process
  • Familiarity with ATS systems
  • Effective communication and decision-making skills
  • College degree preferred
